Privacy Policy

Listado is run by Corey Haines (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the Listado iPhone app collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect your email address and the lists you make, we use them only to run the app, and we never sell them or show you ads.

What we collect

• Your email address. We use it to send you sign-in codes and to show your linked partner who you are.
• What you save in the app. Your lists, the places in them, and the notes, reactions, and tags you add.

Where your data lives

If you use Listado without signing in, your lists and everything in them stay on your device and are not sent to our servers. (Place search still goes through our server; see below.)

When you're signed in, your email address and saved lists sync to our servers so they can be shared with your partner and kept up to date. Our database is hosted by Neon and our API is hosted by Vercel.

Services we use

• PostShiba sends the sign-in code emails, so it receives your email address.
• Google Places powers place search. When you search, your search text is sent to Google through our server. For nearby results, your approximate location is sent too. We don't store your location.
• Neon hosts our database and Vercel hosts our API, as described above.

Your partner

When you link accounts with a partner, they can see and edit your lists, and you can see and edit theirs. They'll also see your email address. Only link with someone you want to share your lists with.

What we don't do

• No ads.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Deleting your data

To remove everything from your device, go to Profile and tap Clear All Data.

To delete your account, go to Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your lists, and any pending sign-in codes from our servers and signs you out on every device. If you had a linked partner, they're unlinked and keep their own lists.

If you can't get into the app, email support@listadoapp.com from the address you sign in with and we'll delete it for you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
